Order Processing

We ship from the Principality of Liechtenstein.
We process orders within 2 business days (excluding weekends). Pre-ordered items are processed within 2 business days of arrival in stock.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at info@laura-swimwear.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
Please ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the shipping address you have provided. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

Standard shipping: free

Priority shipping: EUR 2.90

Shipping costs within Europe:

Standard shipping: EUR 6.90

Track your Order

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the above mentioned delivery days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@laura-swimwear.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
