What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase which you received by email.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@laura-swimwear.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Kindly note that the shipping fee for returns is not covered by us. We want our carbon footprint to be as small as possible and therefore encourage you to be 100% sure about the purchase you make. That's why we motivate you to use our size guide for the perfect fit as well as to follow our Instagram page to look at even more pictures and videos of people wearing our swimwear.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like goodies or custom products (such as personalized gift items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
